You've chosen the perfect location, picked out the most flattering dress, and thought about the day over and over and over again! So why would you settle for anything else than the perfect cake?
Wedding Cake Cancellation Policy:

Once you've selected your perfect look and flavor for your wedding cake, and put down a retainer with us, we in turn reserve your space for that date to make sure nothing goes wrong on your special day. Because we can only do so many cakes per day here at Xoxo Cakes Creations, It is difficult to fill a vacancy on short notice. Therefore, a 25% non-refundable fee will apply on the total amount of the cake price if you cancel your cake order for any reason within 60 days of your reservation. If you cancel within 14 days of the wedding, you forfeit the entire value of the order.
But, don't worry, if an unforeseen event was to happen, you may still reschedule your wedding cake for another date up to 14 days prior to the event with a 25% penalty (ONE TIME ONLY). This means your final price will be 125% of the initially quoted price, as we have reserved a spot for you on your day, and will lose the ability to fill that vacancy on short notice.

IMPORTANT: It will not be possible to reschedule your cake within 14 days of the event, and a new cake will need to be ordered for the new date. In such case, we can still deliver the cake on the time and date agreed, and even if there is no wedding, you at least get to eat some delicious cake!
